AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate website content based on your interview responses. Your business information is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Anthropic: For AI-powered website generation (business information you provide during the interview).
  • Cloudflare: For website hosting, CDN, and security.
  • Google: Only if you choose to connect Google services (Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Hashed passwords (bcrypt)
  • Server-side API key protection
  • Session-based authentication with secure cookies

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Website content: Retained while your account is active. Exported sites are your property.
  • Form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then automatically purged.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
